This referral rewards program was created to reward individuals for directing us to exceptionally talented IT Professionals.  We understand that extraordinary talent recognizes extraordinary talent. The Maxsys Solutions Referral Rewards Program will give rewards to participants that refer highly talented individuals to the positions we are seeking to fill for our clients.     The following criteria must be met to make a referral eligible for a reward:

    1. The referral is not currently employed at one of our client companies

    2. The referral has not been previously referred by someone else

    3. The referral has not applied on his/her own in the last 30 days

    4. The referral must be hired by one of our clients

    5. The referral must complete 75 days of work

    Rewards Include: 1. Each Quarter an iPad 2 will be given away via random drawing

    2.Visa Gift Cards with a value of $500.00 will be given to those with successful referral placements

    3. Annual Grand Prize will be: airfare and accommodations to a destination of the winner's choice with a maximum budget of $2,500.00. This prize will be drawn at random, from all of those who sent us referrals from the beginning of the year
