Maxsys Solutions kicked off 2012 by rolling out our official Referral Rewards program. As of the end of 1st Quarter, we have received over 125 referrals, with many successful placements out of those referred. The people that referred us these newly placed candidates are now eligible for our first quarterly drawing for a new iPad, on top of $500! The drawing will be held at the Maxsys Solutions offices on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, and the winner will be contacted that same day.

The Maxsys Solutions Referral Rewards Program was created to allow us to connect with those talented IT professionals that may be seeking new employment opportunities. The program is easy for anyone to use by simply entering potential candidates information on our online referral form. Why the Referral Program?  It allows the Maxsys Solutions Team thank you for your time and belief in us, while also helping IT professionals better their careers.2

Teamwork has always been an important aspect or the work model of Maxsys Solutions from day one. Our employees utilize this attitude in, and out of the office. This was evident when the Maxsys Solutions sponsored basketball team that participated in the Fieldhouse USA fall season won their leagues championship tournament. We hope to hit the hardwood in the next available season and achieve another championship!

Maxsys Solutions is proud to participate in the Frisco Family Services Holiday Store Program. The goal of this program is to provide families and senior with their special holiday wishes. Last year this program provided gifts for over 900 children, senior citizens and other individuals in need in the Frisco area.

Maxsys Solutions continues its dedication to the local community with two charitable contributions this Quarter.  In April, the company sponsored the North Texas Wine Opener to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Northeast Texas and help those suffering with Cystic Fibrosis, a degenerative disease of the lungs and digestive system for which there exists no cure. Since 2004, the North Texas Wine Opener has raised over $1.1 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which devotes over 90 cents of every dollar for research and patient care.  Maxsys also donated 200 golf shirts to Frisco Family Services in support of the organization’s annual Mayor’s Golf Classic.
