Maxsys Solutions has partnered with a leader in the Workday ERP space in search for a permanent Help Desk Manager role in Las Colinas, TX.   Our client loves to hire problem solvers who are inspired and motivated to be part of the revolution of the HCM/Payroll system industry.  They have a great culture that values big ideas, creative thinking and teamwork.  Due to growth, they need to hire a Technical Support/Help Desk Manager to oversee a team of 5+ Technicians and yet, still be hands on supporting a 24×7 business operations. Must have experience with Help Desk Management, Office 365, Exchange Online & Active Directory. 

Technical Requirements:

· Help Desk support, Active Directory, Cisco telephony, SaaS solutions (primarily Salesforce), Office 365 and Exchange Online

· Lead a team of analysts to deliver technology support growing user base; also be hands-on with the day-to-day support and operations of technology services

· Work closely with other technology groups to provide 24×7 support for end users

· Establish productive relationships with leadership and foster a user centric service mentality within the team that delivers measurable performance metrics

Other Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or IT

· Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or HDI Certifications are preferred

· 3+ years’ experience in a Help Desk role (enterprise/global scale) supporting end user computing (including Windows, Mac and applications such as Microsoft Office including regular operating system and application upgrades)

  • 1+ year experience in a Management or Leadership role
  • Experience supporting 24 x 7 business operations and providing on-call support
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills (includes troubleshooting skills with a focus on preventative actions and root cause analysis)
  • O365, Exchange Online, Cisco telephony, SaaS solutions (primarily Salesforce)
  • Prior experience with computing asset management, developing hardware and software standards, inventory lifecycle management and hardware refresh cycles
