Maxsys Solutions is currently hiring a Service Now Admin/Developer for an immediate opportunity in Plano (W2) with a global/enterprise-driven client.   They are looking for a ServiceNow Admin/Developer responsible for the development of solutions within a ServiceNow environment supporting their ITIL Service Operation.  In addition, this role will also provide 2nd tier support to any ServiceNow related items.  Communication and personality are just as important as one’s technical skills for this client!   They have an extremely entrepreneurial spirit about them and looking for an Admin/Developer that shares that same mind-set.  This is a 6 month W2 contract with the possibility of extending. 

Required Skillsets:

  • ServiceNow Service Mapping, Atrium, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, ITIL, Scripting, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AngularJS
  • Develop solutions within a ServiceNow environment supporting their ITIL Service Operation
  • Work collaboratively with other ServiceNow Developers and SCRUM teams
  • Provide 2nd tier support to any ServiceNow related items
  • Identify issues and deficiencies; make recommendations/solutions with a mindset for continuous improvement

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • 5+ years' in a ServiceNow Administrator & Developer role
  • 2 years’ experience with REST/SOAP Web services
  • Must have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Must have a strategic mind-set and a technical self-starter for this team
