Maxsys Solutions is excited to announce an immediate and full-time Senior PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst to join a Fortune 500 company in Dallas, TX! Our client is well recognized for their professional services and known to be a proven leader within the real estate industry! They are looking for a driven and motivated PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst who will be analyzing existing functionality and make recommendations to process improvements and feature implementations.  As their HRIS Analyst, you will be leading the day-to-day HRIS time/labor system efforts and providing support for outages within HCM and Payroll.  This is an opportunity that will allow for long term growth within the company!

Technical Requirements:

· PeopleSoft 9.2, HRIS time/labor analysis, HCM, trend analysis, financial analysis, data integrity, data flows, data reporting, forecasting, advanced Excel skills

· Provide end user support for a specific application while learning about the application and customer

· Follow and interpret trends with HR (compensation/payroll/benefits)

· Assist in application implementations and assist in testing end user processes using defined guidelines

· Ensure files exchanged between internal and external sources and systems are received and running efficiently

· Provide analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic difficulties

· Assist in forecasting trends regarding Human Resources, such as Payroll, Benefits and Compensation

· Be an active participant with process and project improvements; make suggestions and be able to speak to senior level executives for improvements
· Create and deliver progress reports and documentation
· Work closely with other team members at all levels of the organization in reporting and monitoring key HRIS performance indicators
· Work closely with clients (both internal and external), to supply basic information
· Log and track basic problems/work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations
Support corporate initiatives with frequent exposure to the Executive Management team


Other Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years' experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • Hands-on experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 payroll module
  • 5+ years in an Analysis role
  • 2+ years’ experience with trend analysis (compensation/payroll/benefits)
  • Most possess the understanding to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions
  • Must possess a high level of drive and pro-activeness
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must have a strategic mind-set and a technical self-starter for this team
  • Bi-Lingual skills are preferred
