Maxsys Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic company in Dallas, TX for the next 9 months. Our client has been awarded multiple designations over the past few years for their great work environment and entrepreneurial mindset! This Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies which includes the development, testing and post-release support of Salesforce.com implementations.  There is quite a bit of work for enhancements and integration projects at this time so the project could get extended.   Communication skills are very important as you will be interacting with Developers, Architects and other key players.  This is a 9+ month project with the possibility to become permanent; W2 candidates only (sponsorship is not provided).

Technical Requirements:

  • Salesforce & mobile development, Salesforce Service Cloud, ETL, WebAPIs, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Heroku
  • Design and manage the delivery of cloud based solutions and technologies (this includes the design, development, testing and post-release support of Salesforce.com implementations)
  • Provide support to the development of solutions based on Salesforce.com, Force.com and Database.com
  • Participate in the design of technical architecture solutions; include integration and authentication across multiple platforms
  • Responsible for ensuring the adherence to leading practices for Salesforce configuration and custom development
  • Be able to make recommendations on future Salesforce solutions
  • Must possess proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible for communicating with stakeholders at any given time

Other Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent
  • 4-6 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer (Salesforce.com’s Apex/Visualforce programming languages)
  • Salesforce.com 201, 401 & 501 Certifications
  • Additional Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, etc.) are preferred
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve complex technical/business obstacles
  • Experience with Healthcare Benefits and/or Insurance related apps preferred
  • Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
