Maxsys Solutions is searching for a Salesforce Administrator to join a global and highly respected company in Dallas, TX!  Our client is well recognized for their products, dynamic work environment and proven leadership within the retail/furniture space!  Due to growth, they need to hire an experienced Salesforce Admin who will play a crucial role in their CRM transformation. This person will be a key team member for the implementation of Salesforce for multiple teams. This Salesforce role will join a team responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, deployment and ongoing support of CRM solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.  Must haves:  Salesforce configuration, Salesforce (Service, Sales & Marketing) & Lightning

Technical Requirements:

  • Salesforce, Apex, Implementation, Configuration, Lightning Components, Triggers, JIRA, Scrum
  • Participate in all aspects of implementing new Salesforce projects and features in an agile environment including design, development & testing
  • Provide advanced administration and end user support post-go live
  • Ensure the adherence to leading practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or related field preferred
  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • 5+ years’ CRM experience (majority being in Salesforce)
  • 3+ years’ experience of Salesforce administration
  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce declarative configuration and administrative skills (permissions, roles, profiles, custom objects, validation rules, Workflows, Approval Processes)
  • Experience with Salesforce Release Management (change sets or more advanced CI tools)
  • Experience coordinating Salesforce integration activities with interfacing systems (JIRA & NetSuite) and middleware (JitterBit) teams
  • Hands-on experience with implementing Lightning
  • Must have an excellent attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must possess strong leadership/mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills required
