Maxsys Solutions has partnered with a Dallas-based global marketing leader in search of a Quality Assurance Program Manager for a long term Salesforce project.  Their DevOps team is automating and integrating a platform that will be utilized for a major project coming up and they need to bring on a QA Program Mgr who will help define, implement and guide a new Quality Program from the ground up.  You’ll have the opportunity launch a new Quality Program on a global level for their platform.

Must have hands-on experience with the following:  QA testing, Program Mgmt, DevOps, Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, CI/CD, SDK and REST documentation and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Go or Node.js).  Our client is looking for individuals who are passionate about automation and find a sense of pride when completing challenging tasks.


Technical Requirements:

  • QA Management, Salesforce Cloud, DevOps development, CI/CD, Heroku, Mulesoft, AWS, PowerShell or Python
  • Work closely with IT, System Integrators and 3rd party vendors in implementing the version 1.0 for the Quality Program
  • Assist in managing and coordinating the interim testing needs to support development and delivery that will already be underway
  • Implement and shape the company’s QA processes and strategies
  • Work with vendors in automating and implementing solutions
  • Work with the DevOps Manager to ensure alignment of the Continuous Testing approach to the CI/CD pipeline
  • Work with the QA team to integrate Continuous Testing throughout the SDLC
  • Document solutions and diagrams complex automated pipelines
  • Create CI/CD builds and processes


Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS
  • 5+ years’ experience in a QA role
  • 2+ years’ experience in a leadership/mgmt. role (both on-shore and off-shore)
  • Advanced knowledge with Risk Management, Risk Identification & Risk-based testing
  • 4+ years’ experience in a DevOps environment
  • 4+ years’ experience in automating solutions
  • 2+ years’ working in a global/enterprise environment
  • 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce tasks
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Cloud based technologies (AWS)
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail; problem solver
