Maxsys Solutions is excited to announce an immediate 6+ month Helpdesk Technician role in Plano!   Our award winning client is passionate about streamlining solutions to complex real estate transactions.  If you love what you do within the Helpdesk/Desktop space, we’d love to hear from you!  They need to bring on board a Helpdesk Technician with laptop repair, software install and AD (password resets) experience; this Technician will come in and support an environment of 150+ people onsite as well as support O365 and provide remote support to 40+ employees (located offsite).  Must be extremely customer and client facing. 

Top Requirements:

  • Active Directory, Office 365, break-fix, software installations, laptop repair, cloud space
  • Responsible for break-fixing laptops and printers
  • Reset passwords in Active Directory
  • Support an environment of 150+ people onsite and provide remote support to 40+ located off site
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • CCNA, Network +, Security + or A+ certifications are preferred
  • Must have a strategic mind-set and a technical self-starter for this team
  • Moving towards an Azure environment; cloud experience is preferred
  • Must be extremely client and customer facing
  • Hours worked are 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
