Maxsys Solutions is currently searching for several Helpdesk Consultants to join a Fortune 500 company in Dallas for the next 4-5 months (with possible extensions).  Our client is well recognized for their professional services, dynamic work environment and proven leadership within the real estate industry!   They need to bring on experienced Helpdesk Support Analysts to answer/document Helpdesk calls and provide end-user support for software applications.  They are looking for energetic Helpdesk Technicians who possess strong leadership qualities, enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and excited to work on systems that are used globally! 

Technical Requirements:

  • Helpdesk/desktop, hardware/software, end-user communication/support, network knowledge
  • Provide end-user support for specific software applications; assist with hardware issues; create and terminate new users related to specific software application
  • Create and update user security access; monitor servers and users ensuring that systems are operational
  • Communicate to Information Technology Group of any problems/obstacles; detail any problem analysis
  • Conduct system maintenance on their network
  • Responsible for reviewing software literature for any software updates and upgrades
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to present information to other departments when necessary

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or related field preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Helpdesk role
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting networks/systems via Helpdesk
  • 1+ year’ experience in a real estate environment is preferred
  • Must have an excellent attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must possess strong leadership/mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills required
  • Must possess intuitive problem-solving skills
