Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
This is an Outside Sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing revenue within the IT staffing and direct hire placement industry. Position will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement of IT consultant placements on a staff augmentation, project staffing, temporary, temp-to-perm, and/or direct hire basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
•    Development and implementation of strategic plans to build long-term business relationships and partnerships
•    Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business
•    Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business
•    Execute client visits ensuring customer satisfaction and marketing objectives
•    Follow-up on all existing business to insure retention, quality control, and development of new business
•    Proactively seek new avenues to develop clients


REQUIREMENTS:
•    College Degree
•    Minimum 1+ years of outside sales experience (Technical Staffing Industry experience is a plus)
•    A strong work ethic and impeccable character
•    A proven track record of breaking new accounts using innovative sales approaches
•    Superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
•    The ability to sell based on value, not on price
•    Effective negotiation and closing techniques
•    The ability to achieve and/or exceed sales quotas

Technical Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Recruiter works to identify, attract, and retain the best IT talent available to submit to our client companies. This position provides full life-cycle support from initial sourcing and screening of potential candidates, to final placement, for complex enterprise clients. Our Technical Recruiters are required to identify new candidates by cold calling, social networking, traditional, and non-traditional recruiting techniques for IT consultant placements, on a staff augmentation, project staffing, temporary, temp-to-perm, and/or direct hire basis.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Manage recruitment process from end-to-end, including sourcing and screening candidates, interview scheduling, synthesizing internal feedback, reference checks, offer letters, etc.
•    Sustaining a network of connections to help identify and source qualified candidates
•    Utilize non-traditional sourcing techniques to build relationships with passive candidates
•    Reviewing resumes and interviewing applicants to find work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
•    Development and implement effective passive and active candidate generation strategies and tactics
•    Implement recruitment strategies identified to strengthen Maxsys Solutions assurance to attain and develop a superior workforce.
•    Be creative in developing new candidates by performing email and calling campaigns, networking, using social media and we based tools (LinkedIn, Bullhorn Reach,        Google Search, etc.).
•    Work closely with the Maxsys Solutions Business Development Team in expanding our growing client base throughout the Dallas/Arlington/Fort Worth metropolitan area    and beyond.



QUALIFICATIONS:
•    A degree in a business, human relations, or minimum of 1-4 years of work experience in Staffing Recruiting field
•    Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices
•    Ability to build relationships, recruit top talent candidates, and make selection decisions
•    Proven ability to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates within tight timelines utilizing a variety of resources
•    High proficiency with web recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Bullhorn Reach
•    Strong negotiation skills required
•    Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
